Sponsorship & Advertising Information

The Pennsylvania Ferret Club & Shelter relies on sponsors to enable us to continue to host and hold our Fandango ferret shows. We offer sponsorships both to businesses and individuals who wish to help support our shows and our shelter efforts.

All proceeds from our shows go directly to the ferrets in the care of our shelters. If we do not secure enough sponsors for Fandango, our proceeds – the funds used to run our shelters – are decreased. Please help us continue to help ferrets!

Business and Corporate sponsorships are offered to businesses of any type that would like to receive the exposure of all of the exhibitors and attendees of our shows. Typically, pet-related businesses, as well as businesses local to the Eastern Pennsylvania region, choose corporate sponsorships, though they are open to anyone who would like to support our efforts!

For individuals who wish to support our shows, we offer Specialty Sponsorships. Many sponsors choose to sponsor a specialty class in honor of a special ferret, or for a ferret that has passed away. Other shelters, as well as ferretries, and small ferret-related businesses also use Specialty Sponsorships as advertising.

How to Sponsor

Choose your sponsorship preference from the list below. You can then print and mail our sponsorship form (part of our printable registration packet), or simply e-mail fandango@ferretclub.com and let us know what type of sponsorship you are interested in.

Types & Pricing of Sponsorships

Platinum Corporate Sponsorship

Donation Level: $500 & above

Prominent advertising of your business at the show, including banner and show book cover advertisement; full page advertisement on the show book inside cover; distribution of company literature/advertisements to show attendees; free vendor space at show for company display; additional benefits determined on donation level & company preference.

Gold Corporate Sponsorship

Donation Level: $300 – $500

Full page advertisement in the show book; distribution of company literature to show attendees; additional benefits determined on donation level and company preference.

Title Class Ring Sponsorship (Corporate or Individual)

Donation: $300

Full page advertisement in show book on first page of sponsored class section; your choice of wording printed on awards in sponsored class; souvenir ribbon; color print of your full-page ad.   Can be used as business advertising or a tribute/memorial sponsorship for individuals.

Specialty Ring Sponsorship

Donation: $60

Full page advertisement in show book on first page of sponsored class section; your choice of wording printed on awards in sponsored class; souvenir ribbon; color print of your full-page ad. Can be used as business advertising or a tribute/memorial sponsorship for individuals.

Advertising at Fandango

Advertisements in our show book are available at the rates below. To purchase advertising, use the Sponsorship and Advertising form (part of our printable registration packet) or simply e-mail fandango@ferretclub.com.

  • Full Page Advertisement (7.5 x 10″) – $75.00
  • Half-Page Advertisement (7.5×5″) – $50
  • Quarter-Page Advertisement (3.5×5″) – $35
  • Business Card Advertisement (3.5×2″) – $25
  • Memorial Advertisement* (3.5×5″) – $15

*Memorial advertisements are special quarter-page ads for you to put your own tribute to a special ferret. You may submit photographs or a special message to be printed in the show book. Similar to Specialty Class Sponsorships, but you do not receive wording on class ribbons, a souvenir ribbon, or a full-page ad).

Raffle Donations

The Pennsylvania Ferret Club & Shelter will be holding a Chinese Auction-style raffle at Ferret Fandango. This is the single largest fundraiser that will be held the day of the show and can bring in a substantial portion of the proceeds that will go towards our shelter ferrets. Please consider making a donation to this raffle. We will accept any new item for donation, but prefer ferret-related items of any kind, or gift cards/certificates (pet or non-pet related). Raffle items will be accepted anytime up until the day of the show. If you will be mailing your items, please mail them no later than two weeks prior to the show to ensure delivery by the show date. Please mail all raffle donations to: Shelly McAllister, 41 Hoffman Ave., Coatesville, PA 19320. Please do not send any raffle donations to the club’s PO Box.
