Sulu, Spock, Bones, Lilly, & Kira
This group of five came in to the shelter in September, 2009 when their caretakers both lost their jobs. All were thin when they arrived, and they started eating like they were making up for lost time. Sulu became extremely wide which turned out to be a huge spleen. This past January he stopped eating, We found his spleen had gotten so big it was interfering with his ability to eat, so we removed it. This huge chocolate boy is the oldest and the quiet one of this rambunctious group. Spock, the albino, and Bones love to chase each other through tubes and up and down steps, and Lilly and Kira, the female members, lead the way into all kinds of mischief. This group is very attached to each other, and they would love a forever home together.
